3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our name, "RocketOps", our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RocketOps or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
4. Client Data
For clients using our AI automation services, you retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data, project specifications, and any other information you provide to us ("Client Data"). We will only use Client Data to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you, as described in our Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ROCKETOPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
6. Governing Law
All matters relating to the Services and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Emirate of Dubai, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
